Crawl space mold removal and treatment
We start by removing all of the old insulation.
It is bagged and removed from the premises.
We Hepa Vacuum the loose mold .
Then we clean with a high strength Hydrogen peroxide product.
This cleans the mold out of the wood structure.
We follow through with heat drying during the colder months
or drying with fans during the warmer months.
When dry we spray paint the structure with a 5 year mold proof paint.
Then Dry again
Then install either R-19 or R-30 insulation
Job Complete
Some contractors might do this job in a day
But the wood structure has to be dry to do it right
and it takes a little longer 2-3 days depending on the
size of the property.
